Yin Yoga with Mariah LaQua together with myself on cello.

It is scientifically proven through numerous studies that yoga has tremendous benefits, not only at a physical but also at mental & emotional levels. Yoga indeed helps building strength as well as improving balance, flexibility and body awareness, contributes to overall quality of life, etc. Music too has proven physiological effects such as reducing anxiety and cortisol levels, a hormone released by the body in response to stress. So why not combine both?
