Join Kremena and Janice for this unique pop up ~ Savasana + Cello.
Kremena and Janice were colleagues back in Adidas and are bringing their love for Yoga and Meditation together. This pop up Savasana session is a long-time dream coming true for Kremena and she found the best partner to execute this.
Warm up with Kremena's 'YorYoga' signature opening flow followed by 45 minutes of blissful, guided savasana.
Close your eyes, relax and let 'The Wong Janice' take you on a journey of music and powerful silences with her cello and loop machine. The performance is a live interpretation of tracks from her first album, Cello Music for Meditation (which is out on Spotify + iTunes).

Founder and Owner of YorYoga, Kremena is a self-taught entrepreneur with a touch of creativity who has found a way to combine her passion for yoga with a corporate career. Now she teaches others how to achieve balance and self-awareness by incorporating yoga practice in their lives.
Kremena’s style is Strala inspired but with a touch of Own Creativity and Self Developed poses and flows. Kremena fuses the philosophy of yoga with modern-day life as the basis of her teachings in yoga. Her realistic, straight-up, and modern attitude has made her favourite teacher in both Amsterdam and The Hague. Her flair for teaching and organising weekly yoga classes, special workshops and events was what has motivated her to contact more yoga professionals to join her mission of sharing yoga with the working professionals.
She took her first lesson 12 years ago when she first moved to the Netherlands; feeling an incredible surge of energy and elation - she couldn’t help but fall in love with it.
When practicing yoga, Kremena says she feels in touch with her inner self - it helps her to organise her thoughts and connect with her feelings: "Yoga amplifies the senses and makes me see things in 25 dimensions."
"The Wong Janice" is an Australian-born music producer and classically-trained cellist based in Amsterdam.
She graduated with a Licentiate Diploma in Music of cello performance (L.Mus.A) at age 18 and then went on to chase a career in marketing while playing the cello in bands and as a session musician at night. Her live highlights include performing sold-out concerts with Imogen Heap and Michael Kiwanuka.
After 6 years as a Social Media Manager for international sportswear brand Adidas, in 2017 Janice decided to pursue music full-time. She recently graduated with an Advanced Diploma of Music Production and Sound Engineering at Abbey Road Institute in Amsterdam and worked as Assistant Audio Engineer at Red Bull Studios Amsterdam. As a freelancer, Janice performs with singer-songwriters, bands & DJs, composes for advertisements/games/films, works as (online) session cellist (for live performances & remote recordings), arranges strings, records string loops/samples and is busy producing her own music for her latest concept: live cello meditation.
Janice creates cello soundtracks for different moods and emotions, using a loop machine to create low drones and sweeping cello melodies on top. Her latest release, titled Cello Music for Meditation is out now on all major digital channels.
